Amy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Previously, she worked at a rural hospital where she provided clinical dietetics services to patients of all ages.
Amy is passionate about providing both practical and realistic recommendations which will enable patients to make sustainable dietary choices to improve health. Her patient experience with health conditions includes diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease & heart conditions, weight loss or weight gain, bowel and digestive complaints or issues, food allergies & intolerances, vitamin & mineral deficiencies e.g anaemia, ageing & maintaining independence (older adults), supporting cancer and kidney disease.
