Our Bulk Billing Policy
1. Senior and Disability Pension Concession Card Holders, discount will be offered
2. Children under the age of 16 will be Bulk Billed
3. DVA Card Holders will be Bulk Billed
4. Students with a valid student card will be given a $10 discount on Consultation Fees

Other than as displayed above, Bulk Billing is ONLY at the discretion of the Doctor providing the service and is considered on a case by case basis. If you are experience financial difficulties please discuss this with you doctor at the time of your consultation.

Fee Policy
- When the consultation takes either less or more time than booked, an appropriate fee will be charged
- Concession card or Health care card holders will be offered discount rates
- You will be advised of any additional charges that may apply
- Non-Attendance fee of $40.00 applies
Cancellation Policy
Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer this appointment slot to other patients who may have an immediate need to our care.
Cancellation fees will be applied if you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the time. Cancellation fees are 50% of the the consultation fee.
No Show Policy
Our time, as is yours, is very valuable and if you fail to show up for an appointment a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fees are 50% of the the consultation fee.
